中文課程概述： 高齡者的健康問題常是多元且複雜性高，不論是自然老化或是疾病老化，都將引發後續連續性照顧的問題。本課程將引導學生透過基本的評估工具，辨識高齡者的身體自然衰退或因疾病發生身體或心理障礙，並進一步以系統性方式提供連續性照顧，維持生活品質與生命的尊嚴。本課程將有助於學習者在高齡全程照顧過程中，具備評估的基礎及照顧活動設計的能力。教學方法包括有講述法、影片、討論與活動演練方式進行。 |

英文課程概述： Senior health issue involves diverse and complicated aging process, diseases and continuous caring. The course aims to help learners develop basic evaluation and care activity-planning skills. Students will learn to identify natural aging failure, physical and mental disorders caused by diseases, and provide a complete series of continuous caring. Lectures, video aid, discussion and practice will be utilized in this course. |
