中文課程概述：

認知是滿足知識的行為之一，隨著年齡的增長，出現認知障礙是常見的現象。本課程旨於介紹認知與活化認知力的技巧，透過本課程，學習者可以認識認知的行為與機制以及健忘和失智的差異；並具備促進認知功能的技巧與生活型態的指導能力。本課程將有助於學習者未來在高齡者健康老化及延緩失智的照顧能力。將以講述法、影片、討論與活動演練等方式進行。

英文課程概述：

Memorizing is kind of knowledge satisfaction behavior. Memory disorders usually happen as people age. The course help learners know memory behavior and mechanism, and the differentiation of amentia and dementia. Learners are expected to acquire memory promoting skill and to provide advice instruction based on different life styles. Lectures, video aid, discussion and practice will be utilized in this course.
