中文課程概述：

隨著老化的過程，人們的生理、心理、生活型態、家庭及社會角色等，都會有所改變，使得人們必須做多方的自我調適，而懷舊活動，能勾起往事回憶，有助於刺激思緒、生命統整及延緩失智症惡化。本課程旨於介紹懷舊輔療，透過本課程，學習者可以對懷舊活動的概念、引導方法與進行技巧有整體的認識；並具備懷舊活動設計與帶領的能力。本課程將有助於學習者未來在高齡者各階段照顧時輔療運用之能力，讓高齡者能夠適應老化或疾病帶來的改變，戰勝挫折、活得更有自信。將以講述法、影片、討論與活動演練等方式進行。

英文課程概述：

People’s physical and mental status, living style and roles in family and society change as they age. Reminiscence therapy activity stimulates their memory, emotion, and life experience that help defer dementia deterioration. Topics include what reminiscence activity is and how to operate it. The course aims to help learners know the core of reminiscence therapy and apply reminiscence therapy when taking care of elders. Lectures, video aid, discussion and practice will be utilized in this course.
