高齡社會，全球產業發展深受影響，面對世代高齡者，產業經營管理與創新為重要課題。本課程旨於介紹產業經營管理的相關理論與概念，提供高齡服務創業知識網路、強化創業精神；並以實務經驗分享，強調跨領域知識整合，透過整合創意、創新及經營管理經驗，培育學習者具備高齡產業創新及創意管理概念。本課程將以講述法、影片、討論與實作等方式進行。

英文課程概述：

Aging society has great impact for global business development. This course aims to help learners understand senior related business theory, senior service industry knowledge, and innovative business mentality, and to develop learners intergrade interdisciplinary knowledge and profession for the most recent business trends. Lectures, video aid, discussion and practice will be utilized in this course.
