中文課程概述：

愛美是人的天性，活的健康、活的自信是新世代高齡者的訴求。本課程旨於介紹高齡者的美容與保養，透過本課程，學習者可以認識高齡者的生理特徵及美容與保養的重要性，並具備高齡者皮膚保養、彩妝、儀態與合適穿著的知能。本課程將有助於學習者未來在面對高齡者的照顧時，透過美容與保養的基本概念，提供高齡者健康、美麗、有自信的生活，以實踐活躍老化精神。將以講述法、影片、討論與實作等方式進行。

英文課程概述：

Seniors in this new era look forward to living a healthy and confident life. This course aims to help learners know seniors’ physical features and the importance of good appearance and maintenance such as skin care, make-up, postures and proper dressing. Seniors will live a better life and learners help seniors to practice a wonderful, healthy and confident aging experience. Lectures, video aid, discussion and practice will be utilized in this course.
