中文課程概述：

藝術輔療是一種結合創造性藝術表達和心理調適的助人專業。本課程的主旨在於認識藝術治療，了解如何藉著藝術媒材的體驗，運用藝術的特質，讓藝術輔療在照顧與陪伴的領域發揮功能。並從自我探索的立場，學習深入了解自我，探求自我療癒的課題。透過本課程，有助於學習者未來在輔助療法運用之能力，可應用於自身、高齡者及其照顧者等，以提升身心健康。將以講述法、討論、創作體驗與實作演練等方式進行。

英文課程概述：

Art assisted therapy is a profession of creative art expression and mental adaption process. This course aims to help learners explore for art medium and apply it to optimize care quality and function. In the course, learners will know more about themselves and heal themselves as they help improve seniors, caregivers’ body, and soul health. Lectures, video aid, product making and practice will be utilized in this course.
